David Waygood is founder and Director of ICDS Ltd.
David's background is in international banking. Until 1996, he held senior positions at HSBC Group in the UK and the USA, managing corporate relationships and developing business in the UK, the Americas and the Middle East.
As Group Representative, National Westminster Bank plc, Moscow, 1996-8, he headed a multi-disciplined team providing banking services and finance to financial institutions, corporate entities and private banking clients.
He maintained relationships with institutional and corporate Russian entities, concentrating on trade and structured oil finance business, and initiated new trade financings for Russian borrowers. David negotiated with the Central Bank, bank shareholders and debtors on debt restructuring.
David set up as a business consultant in 2001, and in July 2003 he incorporated the consultancy as Waygood Limited, now renamed ICDS Ltd, specialising in providing director services in the UK to overseas clients.
